At Ravya Skincare, we want you to love your products and your skincare ritual. If something doesn’t feel right, our team is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Change of mind returns: We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be in their original packaging

Unopened and unused

Returned within 14 days of receipt

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with—unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Change of mind returns shall be posted at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Used or opened skincare products

Items returned after 14 days

Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards (unless faulty)

Products with adverse reactions not related to a product fault

Important Advisory on Skin Sensitivities

We understand that everyone’s skin is unique, and individual reactions to ingredients may vary.

Please read the product label carefully before use for a full list of ingredients.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend testing the product on a small patch of skin before full application.

Note: Adverse skin reactions do not automatically qualify for a refund or return unless a product fault is present.

Returns Process

We’ve made returns easy and transparent:

Step 1: Contact Us

Use our Contact Us form or email support@ravyaskincare.com.au with:

Full name & contact details

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Approval & Prepaid Label

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.

(You may also be able to print this at the parcel/postage point.)

Step 3: Pack & Drop Off

Securely pack your items and attach the return label.

Drop the parcel at your nearest Australia Post or parcel point.

In some cases, we may request that you cover return shipping. If this applies, we will confirm it with you in advance.
